What are your future goals in athletics and weight lifting?Let's see, I have so many plans and goals for myself, hehe. Just this past weekend I competed at the Junior Nationals in Chicago. Although there are no strict guidelines for the judges to follow most of the girls are working real hard and developing beautiful physiques. Therefore, I will return to the gym and continue to develop the best physique possible so that I earn my pro card in Figure. I would like to make myself more available to sites like yours, nutrition companies and the magazines so I can express the many benefits of training to everyone. Also, I'm in the process of putting together my own web site to get closer to those interested in this lifestyle
