When/Why did you start lifting weights: started at 4 years old, really began bodybuilding in 2000 when i moved to Toronto

What’s your strongest muscle group?: legs

What's your weakest muscle group?: calves

How do people, men in particular, react to you lifting weights and/or being

muscular?: men are really receptive to it. You will always have some guys that are intimidated, shy, and some can be insulting

Any armwrestling experiences to share: a guy who just assumed guys are stronger in the upper body. Needless to say i corrected his misconceptions quickly. I beat him without breaking a sweat

What are your future goals in athletics and weight lifting? I want to continue to be a role model for young athletesand being an advocate for living healthy and happy without the influence of smoking, alcohol or drugs.
