Athletic Background...sports played growing up. I played everything growing up, Softball, Basketball, Swimming, and Cheerleading.


When/Why did you start lifting weights Started lifting when I was about 12yrs old. My brother and sister were into, and had a little gym in our basement, so I started out there.

What empowers/motivates you as an athlete?: To build the body I told myself I would always have. The body is an art to me, I love watching it change day to day.

What's your strongest muscle group, what do you consider your weakest?: Back is my strongest, shoulders are my weakest

How do people, men in particular, react to you lifting weights and/or being

muscular?: Some are intimidated by it, but I have never had a problem with men reacting badly towards it

Any armwrestling experiences to share? LOL no but when I am out, I get asked "hey do you want to arm wrestle"

What are your future goals in athletics and weight lifting? Let's see, I have so many plans and goals for myself, hehe. Just this past weekend I competed at the Junior Nationals in Chicago. Although there are no strict guidelines for the judges to follow most of the girls are working real hard and developing beautiful physiques. Therefore, I will return to the gym and continue to develop the best physique possible so that I earn my pro card in Figure. I would like to make myself more available to sites like yours, nutrition companies and the magazines so I can express the many benefits of training to everyone. Also, I'm in the process of putting together my own web site to get closer to those interested in this lifestyle
